Your Pet My Passion Terms & Conditions

All new clients will need to have a FREE no obligation meet and greet to discuss everything that is required for your pet(s) before the booking.

If all parties are happy then we will go ahead with the booking, 

 

The Owner/ Client Agrees

To provide keys / arrange for keys to be available for the pet carer on requested days. Or if pet(s) live outside make sure the pet carer can gain easy access to the pet(s)

Keys can be collected at the free initial meet & greet or separately for a small fee of £5.

There will be a £5 key collection fee for any bookings thereafter.

 

To provide all items necessary for pet(s) to be adequately cared for in the Owner/ Clients absence.

(e.g. leads, collars, food, cat litter etc...). Should pet(s) require any additional supplies whilst in the care of the pet carer the Owner/ Client agrees to reimburse the pet carer.

 

Owner/ Client is responsible and will ensure that their pet(s) are up to date with their vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-­wormer treatments.

 

Whilst every care will be given to your pet(s) the pet carer will not be held responsible for any illness, injury, loss, damage or death to the animal(s) inside or outside the home however caused during the time they are being cared for/walked.

 

The pet carer will apply personal judgement and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (e.g. heat, thunder storms etc...) for the safety of both the dog(s) and the

 

In the event of an emergency, the pet carer will contact the Owner/ Client on the numbers provided to confirm the Owners/ Clients choice of action. If the Owner/ Client nor the chosen third party can be reached the pet carer is authorised to:

 

• Transport the animal(s) to the veterinarian listed.

• Request on­site treatment from a veterinarian.

 

The Owner/ Client is held responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst pet(s) are in the care of the pet carer.

 

The Owner/ Client will be responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the pet carer or other persons by the Owner/ Client's pet(s)

 

The Owner/ Client agrees to reimburse the pet carer for any additional fees for providing emergency care, as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food, or supplies.

 

The pet carer is not held accountable for any third party claims.

 

It is the Owner/ Client’s responsibility to ensure that the property, its contents and pet(s) are adequately insured throughout the time the pet carer is caring for your pet(s)

 

The pet carer will ensure the property is secured the way instructed by the Owner/ Client, the pet carer will not be held responsible for any damage, break-ins, burglary or theft to the property.

 

The pet carer will clean up after your pet to the best of their ability. Please inform the pet carer where the cleaning supplies can be located.

The pet carer will not be held responsible for any flooring stains created by your pet.

For cat litter trays please provide all necessary items such as scooper, cat litter and bags and indicate where you would like these waste bags disposed of. This also applies to other home based animals such as rabbits etc..

Full payment will be taken in advance 7 days before the assignment beings or immediately on return.

Any extras that the Owner/ Client requires such as; closing curtains, watering plants, taking/ fetching in bins will need to be requested on the booking form or at our meet & greet. 

The pet carer will ensure your pet(s) are cared for as set out in the booking form and as discussed at the meet & greet, any special requirements relating to your pet(s) care or home will need to be requested on the booking form or at our meet & greet. 

For new clients the pet carer will send images via WhatsApp to the owner for peace of mind, ongoing updates can be requested throughout the assignment, please request this on the booking form or at our meet & greet. 

These terms and conditions are valid for any time the Owner/Client requires the pet carer to care for any pet(s) if any details change. or their is a change circumstances the Owner/ Client agrees to inform the pet carer immediately.
